November 18-22, 2026 | Belize Jungle Retreat
Friendsgiving in Belize is a slow, spacious celebration centered around sisterhood, soulful rest, and a return to the simple things that matter most: nourishing meals, intentional community, and the luxury of time to simply be.
Nestled beside the tranquil Mopan River, this 5-day, 4-night retreat invites you to pause, exhale, and reconnect.
Together, we’ll gather for deeply nourishing dinners under the stars, laugh until we cry, soak in the stillness of the jungle, and reflect on what this season of life is asking us to release and receive.
There’s no itinerary to keep up with. Just optional grounding practices, space for solitude, and beautiful opportunities to connect over shared meals, stories, and presence.
Retreat Location
The estate offers cozy, air-conditioned rooms, nourishing local meals, and plenty of open-air space for rest, and relaxation. Whether you’re relaxing by the water, journaling in a hammock, or soaking in the healing silence of the jungle, this space is designed to restore your body and soothe your spirit.

Here is what a previous attendee said about retreating in Belize:
"Belize was absolutely beautiful. I sincerely enjoyed all of the laughs and healing moments shared with the other ladies; it truly felt like a safe space. The healing workshops were well thought out and did exactly what they were intended to do. Lastly, the pepper sauce and food was all so yummy! Thank you for another amazing retreat " - Felicia D.
"I met and bonded with wonderful people and had the best time, healing my soul and really honoring my journey through rest. I attended during my sabbatical and it was the perfect experience. I loved the deep dive into ritual and culture. Everyone was super nice and affirming. Can't wait to book my next retreat." - Lindsay Love
